Notice that the page headline has already been created for you. It's at the very top of the page, next to C.M. Charles' name.
Subhead
The subhead above is created by typing your text. From the toolbar at the top of the page, select Heading 2 from the Format drop down, and Times Roman from the Font dropdown. The color is the second option from the left on the top row of the Text Color drop down (it looks like a letter T with colored blocks next to it). Center the headline in the middle of the page. You do not need a blank line between the subhead and the next line of body text.
Body paragraph
The text you are reading now is a body paragraph. To create it, type your text. From the toolbar at the top of the page, select Normal from the Format drop down, and Verdana from the Font dropdown.
If you like, it might be easy to copy and paste these sections several times onto your page, and then just type over the sections so that you can change the words while retaining the style.
