Mary Beth's comments:  I think that we four should participate in the discussion thread for the first question.  What do you all think? I'd like to participate in the discussion of both questions. But we should probably hang back for a few days, i.e., we're not the first ones to post a response, but among the last (which, for me will not be a behavior change at all, since I don't get time to really dive into the class until the weekend most of the time.)I know that we need to direct the thresd; I mean actually post our remembrance of favorite teacher styles. Yep, and I mean that in addition to directing the thread, I'd like to post a response to the questions, but I don't think we should be among the first to respond.OK

Ann's comments:

yes, I think we are expected to "moderate" the string from time to time and keep it going. We could either take days and be the monitor, or jump in whenever we feel strongly about an issue raised.

Post your responses to these questions in the corresponding discussion string on eCollege.

  1. Describe a favorite teacher's classroom and teaching style.  What qualities made that class experience exceptional?  Describe any parallels to Charles' synergetic classroom.

  2. Suppose your pay is based on the number of teachers and students who use your library over the course of a year. In other words, you depend on your reputation to attract clients. If that were the case, what would you change about the way you teach and/or interact with students and teachers to make your library more synergetic?
